
David Carnahan, 63, of Greenwood, passed away on Thursday, March 23rd, 2017.
David was born on September 22nd, 1953 to Clarence and Harriett (Gallion) Carnahan in Columbus, IN. David attended Arsenal Technical High School and later enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Staff Sergeant. David enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with his family and friends.
David is survived by his son Michael (Nicole) Fishers; Grandson Aaron Carnahan Fishers; Sisters Debra Laker, Greenwood; Shirley (Harley) Seymour, Colfax; and many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Jacob Carnahan and sister Carol McHugh.
The family would like to thank the care staff at the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC and Riverwalk Village in Noblesville.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 1st from 11AM – 1PM at The Point Church and Community Center, 2578 Donica Road, Greenwood, IN 46143.
A Private Burial Service will be held at a later date.
